Cluvy is a personal organizer for adults who run their own day and household. It is not a social network, bank, calendar replacement for institutions, or Android app.

## Conjunto (shared space)

Invite-only for home, couple, family or work. Nobody joins without accepting.

Cloud data (Supabase, row-level security): profile (name, username, optional phone/email for lookup), reminders/bills/habits created in that space, who created/completed items, habit check-ins and mood logged in that space. Only members see it.

People search: exact username, email or phone. No public directory.

Roles set by admin: “Pode criar” (create, edit, complete) or “Só concluir” (view + complete). Anyone can leave, report, block. Reports reviewed within 24 hours.

## Account

Optional. Modes: no account, email+password (name, email, password hash on device; password never stored in plaintext), Sign in with Apple (Apple identifier; name/email only if the user shares them, possibly Hide My Email).

## Privacy (complete enough to answer)

On-device (not sent to Cluvy servers): reminders, bills, habits, mood, goals, journal including photos, preferences, local account fields.

Cloud: Conjunto profiles and shared items; assistant traffic.

Assistant: opt-in. Audio or text + item titles/values/dates + habit names → Cluvy server → OpenAI for STT/intent. Cluvy does not keep the audio. OpenAI API: not used for training; up to 30 days abuse retention. Toggle off: Settings → Voice assistant (AI). Mic only while recording, on-screen indicator.

Notifications: optional, local, scheduled on the phone.

Photos: only those picked for the journal, stay on device.

No ads, no sale of data, no cross-app tracking. Third parties that get the minimum to run a feature: Apple (Sign in, IAP), Supabase (Conjunto + assistant relay), OpenAI (assistant).

Site cluvyapp.com: no accounts, no ad cookies, no tracking pixels. Loads Inter (Google Fonts) and GSAP on the home page (jsDelivr). Support email used only to reply.

Delete account: Settings → Delete account. Device data and cloud profile/marks/mood go away. In Conjuntos where the user is admin, another member becomes admin so others keep their data. Does not cancel Apple subscription.

Using the app or site agrees to the terms. User is responsible for content, including Conjunto. Conduct: no harassment, threats, spam, illegal, offensive or sexual content. Cluvy may remove content and close accounts. Assistant can be wrong; confirm drafts. Premium and trial as above. Service “as is”; not a substitute for official calendars, banks, or professional advice. Brand and visuals belong to Cluvy. Plus Apple’s standard EULA.
